Gourmet Italian Food brings its innovations to Anuga 2025
From October 4th to 8th, 2025, Gourmet Italian Food will be in Cologne to take part in Anuga, the most important international trade fair dedicated to food & beverage. An event that, every two years, attracts thousands of professionals from all over the world in search of ideas, innovation, and new trends.

At Anuga 2025 we will present numerous new products, both in the fresh and ambient categories. From sauces to vegan ready meals inspired by tradition, such as lasagna and vegan-style fettuccine carbonara and amatriciana under the Stupiscimi brand; the new Mac & Cheese and instant pasta lines by Firma Italia; the sandwiches and High Protein meals from 100Grammi; and finally, the brand-new Special Mexico ethnic recipes, ready to be discovered and tasted.
